We were here for a vacation and we get warmth like home. Very helpful and friendly staff, I must tell about Kadir. He helped us with good hints and advices to make our vacation more pleasant. We will definetly come back. Oh and I have to tell about the food: tasty and very specific.

We were very satisfied with our stay. It was really a very pleasant stay for us. The hotel has a perfect location, where you have everything close at hand. The room was comfortable and clean. Our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was good. I would especially like to thank the wonderful staff! They were always there, nice, friendly, helpful. We will definitely come again. I definintely recommend it.

The hotel is excellent for both location and value of money. No need to spend extra money for any additional activities such as SPA or swimming pool...etc. i was in a short business trip where coming to hotel at 11pm and leaving on 8am. The beds are very relaxing. The only issue was the room sizes but this usual in the region. The Marmaray station could be reached within 2 mins only by crossing the street directly opposite to the hotel, passing in the sub street next to the POLO Shop, then first right. Use the elevator till level -2 and ur be waiting the Marmaray either to Asian or European side. All local markets can be reached by walking distance. The staff is very friendly. Nice location I stayed 2 days with 200 lira per day. Clean room, good breakfast, a little bad service...but 30$ per day it’s ok. Especially Middle East nations stays in that hotel . If you want cheap ,clean ,good breakfast and located near Aksaray Metro it’s for you but this hotel got bad service

The hotel has an excellent location, just across the road from Aksaray metro station, a very lively area. However, the hotel staff are very unhelpful, for example they see you carrying your luggage on check in & check out, and they don't move a muscle to offer help!!! The rooms are small, and need maintenance, however to be fair they responded to our complaint directly to fix the issues we had in our room. The breakfast is limited & needs more varieties, however serves the purpose.
